To Enter Comment Responses
After the comments
have been exported via the
Export comments action, you can enter your
responses into the comment and response spreadsheet.
Follow these steps to enter responses into the comment and response spreadsheet.
- Open the exported spreadsheet that includes the comments.
- Select the Active Response Sheet worksheet.
- Add the desired responses to each comment in the spreadsheet. For more information about the contents of the comment and review spreadsheet, see The Comment and Review Spreadsheet.
- When you are finished, Save and close the spreadsheet.
